1。要在downtown上班。有兩孩子現在上小學，一個一年後要去中學。請問住哪個區安全，學校不錯，還可以讓我不要跑太遠去上班？

2。想先租公寓半年後就買房，學校和上班距離是重要考慮因素，希望一次把學區和住區搞定。建議？
