I did ask more. I will ask more.

That year, after performance review, my manager gave me 1500 share stock options.
I knew I gave some my top performer 300 shares.

And I knew I am the best in the team, even as a technicak mamager.

I asked my boss if I can get more share.

He said, lokk, I have only limited number shares, all use up.

I ask: I can talk to your manager (VP) and the HR? I invite you to join together while I takking with them.

He said: Yes.
I talked with HR.

I told HR: This doesn't mean I have bad relation with my manger, I just feel I should get more stock options base on my performance in the team.

HR worked with the VP, gave me 6000 Shares.

Lesson: If you feel something is NOT fair, you talk, let people know.

Otherwise, No boday care.
