（根據本地實際情況,）福利，加％ 獎金，然後除以除公假，除ANNUAL LEAVE的工作時數。你如果覺得很緊俏就在計算的出的數字上再加些％。or you can check with job agent, then add the commission rate on top of what they suggest to you.
