請教：如何做年度總結

下周四，公司SVP要飛來視察我和我老板的工作，該如何準備？ 是否要準備個PowerPoint presentation 還是寫個書麵總結；還是到時候一起以座談的形式和我老板及SVP談談話呢。 我怎麽表現才能給他們留下深刻印象呢？ 謝謝。

注：我老板（老美，女，六十左右）是公司CEO的老婆。就是說, 這個SVP是我老板的老公的下屬。
