1. A few months ago, a group of employees went to 白女's boss to complain about her rudeness, disrespect, and miscommunication. Everyone agreed that my sister was the target. The big boss asked 白女to write an improvement plan.
2. My sister's whole department was dumped tons of work without any communication. Everyone in her department was stressed out and got record high sick leaves. My sister is going through physical theraphy under worker's com, but that woman still thinks my sister doesn't have enough to do. My sister may have to go to psychology assistance to put mental stress on record, too.
3. She got great reviews all the time and will have lots of support if go to appealing or court.

concerns
1. 如何證明是否種族歧視,而不僅是workplace bully?我妹是唯一的外國人direct report to her是一重要證據嗎?
2。大老板對我妹還好,但白女才是他直接提拔的。估計要是再向大老板告壯,白女會北要求改,但肯定又會來一番新花樣報複。若告種族歧視,立馬會引起一部門的高度調查,大老板可能會幫他的直屬白女。
