No matter how hard I am trying. I had some interviews but they always passed me. I think they thought I don't have enough experience in USA.I was just a good accompany for others in the interviews becuase of my impressive qualification (They said my resume is impressive). But why don't they want me to work for them?

The chance is quite rare. I am really frustrated.
