謝謝大家回複。

除了前陣子有時高強度的幹活外（其實也是我自找的，心裏放不下活, 想早點把收尾工作做完。），in general, life style is good.

剛剛和老板做了年終review,從未有過的30多分鍾的長談, 從未看到老板那麽“親切”的笑容。(老板經常都是很嚴肅，周會上經常“視你不見”。)

老板提到我的customer, 另一個組的小頭頭, very satisfied with my work and extra miles I took for data verifications. 趕緊說些感謝的話，還順便誇了那人幾句.

接手的幾個項目，除了開始工作的兩個小項目是“Satisfied”， 其餘的都是“Highly Satisfied”.

每星期的weekly report還真管用。老板添加的細節都是從那裏來。

The only negative thing is that the first sentence in her review: although xx did not have much experience in SSIS when xx started her work. Considering most part in her review is great, 老土老師, 我也就認了吧.?

總之，心裏的石頭總算落地了。Salary raise 沒有提。I will continue to keep manager informed and keep customer happy.
