平時也支持我找新工作， this is a soft term, but with this, they should not speak bad of you.

當有用人單位向公司谘詢我的工作情況時，公司不說我是被 fired，

What is your company policy? They probably are not allowed to say this any way. Try if you get an official notice of lay-off.

我需要一個律師作為見證人，律師費公司出， Not sure if this helps much. Once you signed an effective agreement, it has a legal power.
