update 接受被fired 還是appeal 辭職

 上星期向公司大老板提交了appeal letter，大老板第二天告訴我本周四跟想關人員開會討論。今天告訴我公司準備跟我簽departure mutual agreement ，條件：公司補付我沒有修的假期，每周一天供我找新工作，平時也支持我找新工作，當有用人單位向公司谘詢我的工作情況時，公司不說我是被 fired， 我需要一個律師作為見證人，律師費公司出，

大老板希望我取消appeal， 請美國老土和上山下鄉等各位網友建議，我是否應該取消appeal。
