"對於設計工作，尤其是初始階段，我們都是開會brain storming來決定設計的大方向的。"

1) define your decision scope ()

2) get best available informaiton

3) seek alternatives (貨比三家)

4) trade off analysis. (有得有失)

5) know the risks of your decisons,

6) have a contingency plan in place

7) determinzation of execution.

 

６，你如何處理時間分配的問題？

我們有專門的會來處理各個項目間的資源分配問題，設立preority，不過這會不是我來主持的。（覺得回答跑題了）

７，你如何管理你的項目，你如何做總結歸檔的事，喜歡嗎？

this is one of key processes for project management.

這裏我舉了一個非常有說服力的例子，是我改進我們設備的一個事，曾上過電視和報紙

know the odds of risk, and the consequece or price tags of such risks,

what are the mitigation plans?

what are the contingency plans?

what are the common practices?

get alignment among all the stakeholders on risks.
