關於現在的工資

下午有一個Phone Interview， 是一個公司的HR， 一上來就問我現在的工資是多少。因為怕將來backgroud check的時候，查出來，我就照實說了。因在學校工作，現在工資較低，擔心lose將來的bargain power。 想請教大家都是怎麽回答這個問題的。
