I guess you are still young and forgot what is YOUR BOTTOM line. You are not there to make a life or friend, leader or no leader, you are there to make money!
As long as you get paid, do a little or do a more, what is the difference? If it threaten your pay check and you can do something about it, then do something. Otherwise, otherthings are all BS.
If you don't want to stay, then leave. If you have no place to go and just make money there, then make your money. ALL OTHER THINGS are BS.
Your bottom line is to MAKE MONEY, as long as your get paid, leader or BS, what is the difference? If you realize this, nothing will bother you anymore.
