I had a most awful interview with a young manager(an Asain girl)

healcare industry. I live close to downtown, but as the traffic can be very bad in the morning I reserved a lot of time. My taxi arrived about 30mins before the interview. I tried to kill more time outside of the building but as it was a snowy day I had to enter the building for some warmth. So I arrived about 20mins ahead of the interview time at the reception area. The reception called the manager right after I registered with her. The manager then called my agent to complain I did not understand the interview time. WTF. Some other company tell you to arrive 15mins ahead right on their website. But I guess to lose an "opportunity"with that kind of boss is not a bad thing at all. So lessons learned, you cannot be late. But you are not allowed to be too early either.
