喜憂參半

公司上個季度績效不理想，結果所有為填的位子全部冰凍，搞得我喜憂摻半：喜的是還好自己動作快，把部門裏空的位子在一個月前就填上了，憂的是給組裏的一個員工申請升職，結果批到一半，也因此卡殼了；還不知道什麽時候才解凍。。。跟同事已經透露了我在給他申請加薪升值，現在隻好讓人家懸在半空中了。。。
