請教：裁員時，手頭有項目的是不是可以幸免？

HR的課留的作業，CASE大概是這樣的，某JET ENGINE公司，和政府的項目沒續簽成，公司要全麵裁員。我的組裏有10個工程師，要裁掉3個。

組員裏有家庭特困難的，有VP的SISTER IN LAW，有給公司服務了一輩子技術老化，但是再熬4年就能退休的，有唯一的黑人，還有一個HIV攜帶者。。。

請教大家該按啥標準裁人？是不是應該保留：技術不可替代的，和目前有項目的？
