升職的機會，是接受還是謝絕？

我們組長要回學校了，隻願意以consultant的身份給公司幹一些短工。於是，老板問我願不願意接替組長的職位。

一方麵，我覺得這是一個很好的鍛煉的機會，而且我們公司研發少，純作技術難以出頭。

另一方麵，現任的組長做得很好，把老板的期望提得很高，而自己有很多方麵還不夠出色。

希望各位前輩給一些建議，是接受還是謝絕？如果接受，該做什麽準備？
