回複：回email的禮節

My 2 cents：

1.可以隻回給sender，如果你覺得別人沒必要知道回信內容。

2.如果sender cc的人裏，有你覺得有必要知道回信內容的，reply to all.你不是這個loop的starter，所以即使有人不想收到信，也不會怪罪你。

3.實在不想讓cc中的某些人知道你的回信內容、又想讓另些人知道，可以自己做sender，重新起個議題，以新郵件形式發給你想發給的人。
