回email的禮節

時不時的收email，cc了很多人。我回的時候，是把覺得沒必要知道的人刪掉呢，還是一定要全部回？

我是覺的應該刪掉因為有些人很忙，不希望收太多的email。另外，完全無關的人，沒必要發。但是曾被人指責，說故意把他刪掉。所以我現在是直接全回。又覺得很對不起那些沒必要看的人。

這個有沒有一定之規？
