招人的棘手事。

要招個手下，老板硬要塞個熟人給我，可我對那人不滿意，覺得並不合適這工作。老板是堅持要這個人，怎麽辦？越級捅到老板的老板？還是跟HR講明人不是我決定的是老板請的？

老板是那種喜歡什麽事都插一手的，有些micromanage，煩死人。

公司是500強上市公司。But, HR 操作不算太正規。
