It depends ...

What's the job function and scope for FA in the mfg company and the assistant controller in the construction company? What's your background and is there a career path for any of these two jobs? Is the FA in mfg company cost accounting or supply chain related? Is the assistant controller more focus on AP, AR and GL area? Is your background accounting or FP&A? Those are the things you need to consider before you make the decision.
