財務分析 or 助理財務總監?

請問各位大俠：
如果待遇差不多的話，是在大公司(high tech manufacturing)作財務分析好，還是去小公司(construction)當助理財務總監？
擔心小公司工作壓力太大，founder是president. 助理財務總監向VP匯報。在linkedin上看不少人是大公司跳過去的。
