It is senior level 2, I already negotiated with HR on the phone before they sent out the offer, intitally the HR was talking about something like 68k, I said no way, but I didn't insist on higher salary as I did't want to lose the opportunity. So they came up with 72k and sent out the offer finally. Is it good to negotiate again? BTW, I just got option 2 yesterday, that is why I couldn't play hard in the first place.
