不太同意中興公司的supervisor = junior manager in big company

If you are capable, you can get promoted to manager within couple years in big 4. You should ask if they hire you as first year senior or 3rd year senior. 3rd year senior is equalivant to acting manager. 不過，我很少看到senior 生孩子的， tax那邊多，因為不用travel. 不能想象大著肚子到處跑，和一堆人坐在倉庫裏
