公司出了WARNING LETTER, 是不是就一定會解雇我?我該怎麽辦?

是我的老印小老板出的信,說是給HR看過,留底了.他要我在一個月內改變PERFORMANCE,否則會解雇.可是如果我拚一個月,他還不滿意,他還是會解雇我吧?
