關於negative下屬“事件”之後的小花絮

 

這周我老板來訪（他不在美國),昨天招待我們部門全體在美員工去牛排館吃飯，席間他問及上周的VP會議，我們是否參加？是否親自到現場參加還是通過conf call參加的。。。等等。

正好我和那位女員工坐在老板的左右手，我就按實情相告 --整組人到現場參加了一點的會議，老板很滿意，也注意到女員工的表情，感覺她也理解了我為什麽有此要求了。

對於manager來講，對整體部門有利的visibility一定要盡量組織，對員工來講，這種visibility對自己也有利，應該盡量參加。
