A good leader should be able to direct, teach (coach), distribute - the work and credit fairly. "Coach" is a hard one. I think 臭臭媽媽is trying to do so...

Go back to Maslow's hierarchy of human needs, 那位老獨女顯然有哪項沒滿足. 隻有挖掘到哪項, 滿足了哪項, 她才會改變態度.
