senior manager vs senior MANAGER 怎麽定位？

我做senior manager - 資深懂百般武藝 :) - business, tech, strategy, tactics, 但不管人的,cross-functional team 幫我做事，reports to director. 我找工作的options：

1。the same. 這類位子很少

2。manager (experienced, non-manager) reporting to senior/MANAGER (people manager). 這類位置很多，麵過幾次。錢少不止幾千還是小事，人家說我over qualified （= 怕做不長，不聽話，搶他的位子）。我感覺對方在公司時間長，政治和專業嫩。

3。senior/MANAGER. 從外麵進去就管人，不現實

怎麽定位？Thanks for your inputs in advance.
