簡單說，你和外包公司的契約是有條件的。

如果你得到公司的授權（老板的同意），這隻是談契約的條件，沒有問題。

如果你沒有公司的授權，你是用公司的職權，圖利自己或圖利他人，可能有道德和法律的麻煩。

如果你有辦法保證這件事不會抖出來（e.g.,找老土幫忙），這件事在道德和法律之外：）
