誰來幫我看看,這樣做會有問題嗎?

有個朋友新移民, 技術很好卻不會英文.

很想幫他一下,因為他當年在中國為我們分公司的設立出過力氣.

現在的問題是,我因為各種原因沒有辦法直接雇傭他,就想把自己部門的一個工作外包給一個公司,然後請那個公司雇傭他一起做這個外包的工作.這樣的話,在道德和法律的層麵會不會有問題,被人垢病?
