In our consulting industry, all projects are estimated how many billable hours would be, and filled into your daily timesheet.

 

I agree with you that this little girl should make a task list, and how to spend her time on each one, and send her estimated hours CC to manager to explain why some projects have to delay and when she can finish...

 

It she does so, this India lady won't be able to push her more. All other team workers/Manager will definitely know what's problem there..

In our industry, for e.g, an entre level developer finish a report 12 hrs, middle level finish a report 8 hours, and senior level finish 6 hrs, that is acceptable for company. Because entre level charge customer 120/hr, seniro level rate at $180/hr.
