誠心請教各位，如何應對工作中的攻擊。

介紹一下單位背景：我的上司是Director A （白人老太婆）， 本人是supervisor, 下麵管一個manager B （28歲美國女性，溝通超強，野心勃勃）, 和兩個assistant. 主要工作是統計報表和統計分析，日常工具為SAS， VBA和簡單數據庫。Manager B書麵表達/語言表達能力超強，我比B強的是我懂的統計知識，SAS和數據庫知識。

上司A也是文科出身，不太懂統計/數據庫。由於開會以及和其他部門溝通等場合，B的溝通能力比我強很多，看得出來A對我不滿意，很想用B取代我，因此總逼我教技術，還有時給我穿小鞋。我想教授了技術，B所有方麵都比我強，那我肯定走人。因此我不教。

但我不教，A和B常跟我發脾氣，她們常用的攻擊理由三條：
1。You don't teach and only you can do these projects. What if you are hit by a trcuk, then we have nobody to do the job?
2. If you don't teach, you are not a team player.
3. If you don't teach, you don't think long term for this department.

我心想少來這一套，教了隨便找個理由就把我開了，就是不教。但又找不到理由反駁她們的上述三個攻擊，感覺很受欺負，誠心請教各位有何辦法反擊上述三條攻擊？

現狀長遠肯定不行，我也在找工作。從公司角度講講，應該教。但A首先歧視就不對。而且我有老婆孩子要養活，公司的道理再大，也大不過我養家的責任。

請教各位，在不教技術，不跟上司鬧翻的情況下，如何反擊上述三條攻擊。謝謝。
