I am facing a dilema...

For those of you who remembered, I got a great offer and put in my notice last week,  the CFO in my current company has talked to me twice already since last week and said he'll do everything to make me stay. (That certainly makes me feel good, haha).

Today, he presented me a counter, matching the title, vacation, and more pay and bonus...most importantly, he offered me a position in M&A group, which is kind of a rare opportunity that doesn't come along very often...

I'm still weighing the two options, it's difficult and I'm not good at this....
