有一個工作機會，請教各位

銀行IT業的Senior Developer 和Project Manager 工資差不多。比較業界Average Salary，Senior Developer 比PM  工資還高些。 從Career Path 考慮，PM 是更好的選擇嗎？

純PM，不做任何Hands-On，主要負責Project Time/Cost/Risk Tracking， Business Analysis， 等等。

雖然不想一輩子做技術，但又擔心PM 是花架子，經濟不好時容易失業。。。
