請教各位大俠，這種情況該如何處理?

上周我申請了一個比我現在位置高一級的工作，在同一個公司的另外一個部門，昨天interview的結果不錯，今天我收到那個部門老板的email，原文如下：

Hi XXX, 

Thank you so much for taking the time to interview with our team. I received really great feedback from our group. I know that William (我原部門的老板) is looking into options for you, so I want to allow you time to work with him so you can decide what you really want to do. Our team is one of your options, so if after talking with William you'd still like to see what we can offer you, I will put a formal offer together for you and we can go from there. I just wanted to be sure that you know that we all really enjoyed talking with you and think you would be a very good candidate for our team, but I'll be waiting to hear from you and/or William before I take it any further.

昨天interview之後，我原部門的老板立刻就跟我說今天要找我們部門的director給我商量一個counteroffer，他們希望我留下來。可我到現在也沒有聽到他們商量的結果。

我從來沒有經曆過現在這種情況，拿不定主意該怎麽辦，請教各位大俠，從上麵新部門老板的email裏是不是確定會下offer，offer下了之後是不是還有討價還價的餘地?

最頭痛的是貌似兩邊都在等對方先下offer，這種僵持不下的局麵如何才能打破? 我是應該主動找我現在的老板詢問counteroffer的結果，還是要求新部門老板先下一個formal offer之後再討價還價?

真頭痛啊~~~~現在我該怎麽辦呢?
