On the other hand, never expect a favorable verdict towards you thru your internal complaint.   They will always favor your boss.

However, if they are wise, they will make an effort to accommodate your concern and fix the problem.   If not, it helps you prepare your case better for the next step complaint.   So, either way, you are moving ahead of the game.
