沒offer鬧心，有offer 也鬧心，你說我該怎末辦？一並謝老土同誌先前的指點，Background 調查順利通過

Offer #1:  以前工作過的世界級大工司，現在被Hire Back. 工資待遇都跟原來差不多，但現在是under 一年的term.  他們說一旦有機會，轉成 permanant 的可能很大。

Offer #2: 一家也挺大的公司，在行業裏也算數二數三的，近幾年發展很快，他們很看中我在那家大公司的經曆，

如果現在的工資待遇差不多,你說我該如何抉擇？
