你要解決的問題是事情沒做好。直接說就好了。別抱怨，也別有什麽不滿。用中性語氣：

A, the product delivered last week has several mistakes: x, y, z. Can you make sure they are corrected? (語氣硬一點：Please make sure they are corrected.語氣在硬一點：the product you delivered...)
