Office politics often exists only in the eyes of the beholder. Put in another way, we tend to see only things we are conditioned (if not wish) to see.
There are times we would not wish certain things onto our worst enemy. Why? Because doing so only debases ourselves as decent human beings. After all, colleagues are meant to help elevate one another to higher planes of achievement, both morally and professionally.
