朋友碰到的case比你的還黑.那黑中介從第一個月就沒順利給發錢.

Here is what you can do:

1)Write or call The Labor Commissioner in your state, file a case, complain the company in another state.

In california, the address is:

Labor Commissioner, State of Californa

Department of Industrial Relations

Division of Labor Standards Enforcement

2)Go to the web site in 黑中介的州政府, Office of Attorney General, file a claim.

You can talk your case with company B. Get support from them if need.

You will get the money back.
