回複：做合同工中間能提出終止嗎?

剛拿到一個公司給的合同工Offer, 裏麵的條款都是對他們有利的。 比如，如果工作表現不令他們滿意，可以隨時終止合同，等等。這個合同工作要求我下禮拜2開始工作。現在合同在我手上，簽字就生效了。

我這禮拜還有一個麵試，感覺還不錯，是個全職工作，而且職位比這個高，待遇也應該比這個高一些。他們說下禮拜初給決定。

-- Yes, go for the interview, wish you do well.

我真的很想去那個全職的工作，

-- 我也真的很想去那個全職的工作.

但又不可能推掉這個合同工作。

-- Why?

-- If the start day is very close, you can tell them to postpone your start date for another week.

請問，如果我簽了這個合同工的合同，上了幾天班，但那個全職工作來了，我能辭掉這個合同工作嗎? 會有什麽問題或者懲罰嗎? 還是隻要給他們2個禮拜notice就可以?
