請教各位職場大俠: 怎樣處理這個棘手的問題?

 

如果大頭(IT VP) 問你是否願意取代你的頂頭上司 怎麽辦好?   這是第二次被叫到辦公室開問了. 第一次是稀裏糊塗地搪塞過去的.

與頂頭上司沒有大矛盾, 但有點牢騷. 但每次給俺的REVIEW 都很好. 沒有要離開的跡象.

不想取代是因為他的職責太繁瑣, 然而, 大頭想利用俺把他換掉.

 

怎麽處理比教安全?
