針對行為出招，不要針對動機出招

你這裏講的都是動機，老板想要如何如何；不是行為，老板做了什麽事。

這個觀念不容易說清楚，我隻能說應付別人的動機（你認為他的動機）很危險。要針對他的行為出招。
