After all, the more bugs the more jobs. Haha.
One of the nice things to work for different companies is the networking. That's why I feel my past years were a waste. Many years ago, my former classmate took a Sr. director job in CA and pursuaded me to go with him. Relucting to move, I declined. Now he is a Sr. VP and my other classmate with him is a director.
Because of the special situation of my position, none of the people locally I know in work can be any helpful in my career, and those that can help, including my former and current colleages, are far away. Yes, I do have a pretty secure job (never been laid off in my career and easy to find a new one) and a decent paycheck, but sometimes I'm not sure if that's all I want. Things at work often triggered my thoughts on that. Thank you for listening and understanding. That's not easy to find these days. :)
