Proactive is very important.  If manager is not fair, appeal to his manager with detail info.  At the same time, notify HR. Let the Indian manager know he is not your controller.  There are rules, there are eyes auditing him.

Speak out to protect yourself at the first place!  Don't let it go away quietly. 

This is a very good article on an interesting topic.  Of course, wherever there are people, there is politics.  But Indian people is always a big enemy to Chinese, especially in IT.  Chinese are smart, but not aggressive than those Indian.  Indian people are well known this point.

I hope we can get more winning stories.
