This brings my memory back. I had two fights with two 老印.
My tolerant level is very hight. I turn to ignore unfair things. But Fight when you need to fight. I had two fights with two 老印 (one female one male). They become very nice to me after the fights.
Male 老印 is in the lower position. He does not have much talent. But he is good at 溜須拍馬. He didn't like me a female to tell him what to do. He lied so many times in front of boss to try to put me down. I ignored for a long time until I had enough. I told him in fornt of boss that I will use recorder when he talks with me in the future. He has been trying to be nice to me since then. I haven't used recorder. One 老印 female was in higher position. She asked me to do her job which she promised in the meeting she will do it. She didn't ask me nicely. I could get it done in one minute. But I didn't like her attitude. So I refused and told me that she needs to make an appointment to see me if she wants to talk with me. She went to boss and complained. My boss had a big talk with me. My boss tried to comfort 老印 and asked me to do. I still refused. I told my boss it is anginst my principal. Later, I got promoted and this 老印 and me are in the same level. She has been very nice to me. We become friends.
