Our Org.59 EES.when I refused to sign the writting warning letter(the manager wrote the warning letter followed org. policy).
I don't know the policy about that how long former manager can't former employee's performance, I never read it.
My manager told them " I was discharged from(是辭職還是fire? )my most recent bona fide work with our org. for refusing or failing to obey a reasonable order given by my supervisor, which was within my job description or capacity. This constitutes misconduct committed in connection with my work."
This is the manager provided to Unemployment Benefit office. So I was refused.
