As a Sr. Technical expert, you need speak your voice in the meeting.

Project Manager have to listen to you.

如果某件事不中，那就是不中．若ＰＭ在會上說中，那隻能說這個ＰＭ是dumb. 他自己要為他說的錯話負責．

I will communicate with the PM, tell him clearly why his talk is dumb. I will not waste my time to do the impossible.

Project manager do not have any power, 他隻是在項目的進程中招招呼呼而已．千萬別把位置弄錯了．

做技術的，在技術上必須把關，不中就是不中．沒商量．
