大公司，小公司，到底哪裏更好些？

沒在大公司幹過，一直很迷惑。

去年換工作，跟一些公司聯係過，現在在一個不大不小（中等偏小）的公司玩著。現在有個大公司空缺（很大的公司），招人的是多年的合作的朋友，他說位置不是太高，問我願意去不。這個朋友是個洋人，每次找他作推薦人他都說得很好。年齡比我大一代的人。現在在公司升為管理級了。我們太了解，作上下級有些別扭。而且他們公司工資不敢恭維，肯定比我現在低。公司位置是大都市。像我現在午飯回家睡午覺是絕對沒門的。

但大公司畢竟是大公司，怎麽辦？
