I accepted the new job one montha ago with $7000 more salary than my previous job. I got very good annual evaluation on high performance from my previous employer. However, I has been complained by one of my current supervisors for not working efficiently. She set up very high expectation on my work, accuracy and efficiency. I am new and alway put accuracy as priority, so she complained to big boss saying 'She is slow'. Today, HR manager had a meeting with me about the complain. HR just want to know my side of story but did not mention anything about the possible termination yet, but HR want my big boss , my superviser and me to have a meeting next week to discuss the citeria they set for my job expectation.
Another strange thing is that the hiring manger who hired me told me personally that she had resigned on Tuesday, and she will be leaving in three weeks. She want me to find a job as soon as possible so she can give me a good reference. She is also one of my supervisor, and a very reasonable person. She is always happy with my work.
What should I do now? I am kind stressed out.
