尤其是2，我現在知道為什麽我前一個老板總在打壓我（威脅到她了），為什麽我那technical差我一節的同事早就升上去，我卻升不上去。美國公司裏從中層到高層，50%時間花在politics上，非常影響生產力，大家一起不是想怎樣幹的更好，為公司帶來效益，而是怎樣保住自己的位置，把任何威脅到自己的人，後看不順眼的人，不聽話的人擠掉。
BTW about #6: one of our employee in my current company mentioned client name (company name, not individual) on facebook and it happened the client was also on facebook to read it. You know what happened? The client complained to our company about what this guy wrote on face book and this guy is no longer employed with us. Even you are leaving your company now, it is never hurt to be over cautious when you mention real company name as you don't know who is reading your post...just my 2 cents.
